These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Phuut ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

The App is a mobile application for learning Thai. It provides features including flashcards, quizzes, speaking practice, and AI conversation.

2. Accounts

• Users can create an account using email, Google, Facebook, or Apple sign-in.
• You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information.
• Accounts found to be misused may be suspended without prior notice.

3. Subscriptions (Pro Plan)

• The Pro Plan is an auto-renewing subscription.
• After the free trial period ends, billing begins automatically.
• Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided.
• You can cancel via Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your Apple device.

4. Prohibited Activities

• Reverse engineering, modifying, or unauthorized access to the App
• Using automated tools or bots to access the App
• Harassment or inappropriate behavior toward other users
• Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution of App content

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the App, including content, design, characters, audio, and code, belongs to the operator.

6. Disclaimer

• The App is provided "as is." Learning outcomes are not guaranteed.
• The operator is not liable for service interruptions or data loss.
• The operator is not responsible for issues caused by third-party services (Supabase, Firebase, AdMob, etc.).

7. Changes to Terms

The operator may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the App.

8. Data Deletion

Users can delete their account and all personal data from the settings screen within the App. Deletion requests can also be sent to:

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
